Two babes making life bitter. . .
One Monday at a time.

We are friends who met while working in restaurants in New York City, who have always bonded over our mutual love of great cocktails, candles, witchy things, and of course, Spritz. You’ll frequently find us geeking out over citrus, glassware, vermouths and all things bitter. We recently made the move from NYC to Los Angeles, and couldn’t be happier with all the sunshine & citrus.

Mondays have always been special to both of us. It is a day we both found ourselves off of work, like many of our industry friends. The whole idea of the spritz life and “la dolce vita” encompasses the ritual of coming together and socializing with friends or family over a spritz. Bitter Monday is built on the idea that every day is special with a drink in hand…even the dreaded Monday.
